Great conditions met the 120 riders entered in the Bath CC open 10TT event on the super fast 'U47' course near Cirencester.
Shagracing rider Keith Penny, came away in 62nd place after a slightly disappointing ride.  Keith said after "I matched my previous PB. 22.34 which included stopping briefly to fix my speed sensor - which got caught in the front wheel.  This may have cost me 5 seconds - but then - like Lance says - every second counts!!"
