Comments

Although Barry was left trying to start his bike when the flag was dropped he made time on his competitors almost immediately. On the 6th lap Barry collided with another rider and was left unconcious at thebottom of the hill. He managed to complete the lap and do one more but with deteriating vision he had no choice but to retire.
