Castle Combe Summer Series 7 - 16/06/2011

This was my best race of the season so far.  There wasn't many riders and it was a fast pace.  I stayed at the front most of the race and kept left over Avon rise on the last lap.  The wind was coming from the left and so was very tough until another rider moved out of the group and gave me a tow up the left side of the bunch.

When the sprint started it was a usual affair with riders filling the width of the course.  The rider who was giving me the tow didnt even stand up and I was being held back as he had filled the only space left on the left of the track.

I'm hoping I got 10th but the results arent out yet.
