Castle Combe Summer Series 6 - 09/06/2011

This was the first race back after riding in France and doing some speed training and I felt good.  The pace wasnt that fast but there was a lot of attacks that were brought back relatively quickly.

I got into a good position passing the bell, and down the back straight the attacks started.  I jumped from the main peleton in the advanced group which split and I charged by these to catch the leader going round quarry.  We were both caught down Avon Rise and spat out the back !

Not a very good end to what was a good night but at least I tried....  wont be doing it again though!!
