Today saw Shag Racing CC capture the signature of Ironman Keith Penny.  Joining as the 5th member (maybe like Nicola from Girls Aloud) Penny said he was thrilled and 'honoured' to be part of the club.

"I've wanted to be part of ShagRacing for years now but never had the right criteria to join.  Now Im part of the club, I feel I can provide tips and knowledge and push forward with my training for the winters competition"

In June this year Keith competed in the Nice, France Ironman finishing with a not bad (lol) time of 11hours 45 minutes. Rather you than me Keiffer !

Taking the mantle as the fastest in the ShagRacing crew the rest of us cant wait to train with him!!
